Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card.
Paid plans
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
- Refunds: subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, and we do not refund part of a month you have already started, unless the law requires it.
- Billing errors: if we charged you by mistake or charged the wrong amount, write to us within 30 days and we will correct it.
- Your data: after you cancel, you can still export your invoices and loads.
