Your account
You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite and for keeping your login details safe. Tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.
Plans and payment
The Free plan has no time limit and comes with the limits shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in the currency shown. If you go over a plan's limit, we offer a document pack and do not charge extra without asking. See our Refunds and Cancellation page for how to cancel.
You review what the service produces
AI reads your documents and drafts the fields. It can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking the amounts, currencies, dates, taxes and recipients before you create a load or send an invoice.
Tax suggestions, guides, calculators, templates and examples are general information. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice. Tax rules change and depend on the facts of each shipment, so check with your accountant or bookkeeper.
Your content
Your documents and data remain yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload or forward them. You can export your invoices and loads, and you can ask us to delete your company's data.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or service. That includes trying to break its security, overloading it, uploading unlawful content, sending spam through it or copying the service for resale.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features, and we will tell you about changes that significantly affect a paid plan.
Intellectual property
The website and service belong to us or our licensors. Other companies' names belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply any connection with us.
No warranty and limit of liability
The website and service are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the date above.
