Every value shows its source

The load number, stops, dates and rate appear beside the words they came from, so you can check them quickly.

Scans and photos have no text layer to compare with, so their values are marked for review. Any value that doesn't match the document is marked too.

A bare $ could be CAD or USD, and 03/04/2026 could be March or April. You get a question, not a wrong invoice.

A required field that isn't in the document stays empty, and the load can't be created until you fill it.

Documents are read in both languages. Amounts like 1 250,00 $ and dates like 5 nov. 2026 are understood, and the original text is kept.

When a rate con arrives again with the same reference, you see what changed. The load updates only after you confirm.

Does the AI create loads by itself?

No. It drafts the fields. A load is created only when you confirm them.

Which files can I send?

PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 25 MB. A rate con written in the body of an email works too, if you use email intake.

Does it work with every broker's layout?

Layouts vary a lot, which is why each value is shown with its source. Try your own documents on the Free plan: you get 5 documents read by AI, once.

Are my documents used to train AI?

No. Our Privacy policy lists the providers that process your documents.
