Forward documents to your company's own address
Turn on email intake and you get a private address. Forward what brokers and drivers send, and the documents wait for your review.
Your company’s address
A private address
The address is a random string that works like a password, and it belongs only to your company.
Attachments or the email body
A rate con can be a PDF attachment, or written in the body of the email. Both work.
Links are shown to you
Some brokers send a link to sign. We can't open it for you, so you see a card with the link and can upload the saved PDF.
Other mail is filtered out
Newsletters, signatures, logos and unrelated files don't become documents. You can still check what was filtered and process it anyway.
Noise doesn't stay forever
The original files of emails that aren't relevant documents are deleted after 90 days. Basic details stay for your reports.
You still approve everything
Forwarding only starts the process. Nothing becomes a load or an invoice until you confirm it.
Questions
Should I forward my whole mailbox?
You can, but we recommend forwarding only the emails you need: a whole mailbox can include unrelated messages. Filtered mail doesn't count as a document read by AI.
Is it on the Free plan?
Yes, once your email is confirmed, within the Free plan's limits.
What if someone gets my address?
You can turn email intake off or replace the address in your settings.
Stop retyping rate cons.
Forward a rate confirmation and get the invoice draft, with the tax suggested from the route. You approve every amount.
